As a neutral third party, working with an employer’s security personnel, we also address threats and other employee conduct affecting the safety of employees. Fairway investigators work with workplace security personnel to quickly investigate concerns regarding the conduct of employees, threats, or others sensitive matters affecting the safety of employees.

COMPLIANCE REVIEWS
The Fairway Firm offers customized compliance review services. The scope of the review is generally determined through discussions with top level management, HR leadership and legal counsel.

EMPLOYMENT POLICIES
Employers often seek assistance in developing employment policies that effectively communicate with employees about the expected standards of conduct and the responsibilities of managers. Fairway reviews current policies and procedures and recommends updates that help employers keep pace with changes in the law.
